Reception and discussionUpon your arrival, a time for discussion is planned in order to better understand your needs, your expectations, and areas of tension. This allows me to tailor the massage in a personalized way.
The massageThe session takes place in an atmosphere conducive to relaxation, in a closed, quiet room. A space is provided for you to change with complete privacy and serenity. I use techniques adapted to your body and preferences (pressure, rhythm, targeted areas) in order to promote relaxation and release of tension.
Respect for privacyRespecting your privacy is a priority. The body remains covered throughout the session using a towel arrangement. Only the areas being massaged are discoveries as you go. Wearing the lower underwear is maintained throughout the session. Each session is conducted with respect, attentiveness, and discretion, with the aim of offering you a genuine moment of relaxation and letting go. Contraindications For safety and well-being reasons, massages are not suitable in the following cases: - Pregnant women, children, fever, infections, serious or unstable conditions. Wellness massage is part of an approach for relaxation and comfort.
